control viewing and printing the documents.
If
you do not have the Adobe® reader, you may download it for free here: Adobe® Acrobat
Reader.
How to download the files:
RIGHT-mouse click on the desired link (below)
and choose "save" or "save
target as." Then choose a location on your hard drive to save the
file to. It does not matter where you put it as long as you remember
where it is. After the download is complete, you can open it (remembering
where you saved it) using the appropriate program.
